Upgrades have been made to the site to make it simpler use and unlike the 2009 site, no longer require introducers to have a log-in facility to access application forms and downloads. Online forms can now be sent directly to a preferred agent within the company, cutting down response times to new cases, and accessing underwriters quickly.

The changes have been made with the help of feedback from some of the company’s longest-standing introducers, and to integrate the diversified product range the company offers.

Commercial Director Matt Cottle oversaw the design and implementation of the new site, he says:

“We are extremely pleased to have completed the new website ready for the current year which promises to be the one that turns the tables on the recession. It is our hope that the site will help our introducers and direct clients to find what and who they need without any fuss and without having to remember login details.”

Y3S has branched out from secured lending into debt management and life insurance sales since the start of the credit crunch, and employs 52 staff at its Cardiff Bay HQ.  The company’s products can be found online.
