The company now employs 62 staff across its product range and intends to continue recruiting throughout 2010 until the capacity of its headquarters in Cardiff Bay has been reached.  At that point, it will make a decision to cater for further growth taking into account the economic climate at the time.

The board of directors led by Barney Drake and Matt Cottle are extremely happy with the growth experienced, putting it down to ‘product diversification, hard graft, an improving market and a sprinkle of good luck’.

Drake commented:

"We have had 11 months of positive growth in the last year, with December being the only month where turnover decreased, as one would expect.  This follows a very bumpy ride throughout the second half of 2007 and the whole of 2008.  Its great news for our employees and customers, and we are very positive about the future right now.

"We will continue to innovate our product range and employ only the best people from within the industry and in return we will provide them with the best rewards package’, said Cottle. ‘We have several new positions available in broker-to-broker secured loan sales and want to talk to anyone who can prove they are at the top of their game."
