Hampshire Trust Bank partnered with The Buy to Let Broker to complete the purchase of nine leasehold flats. The £1.2m deal was finalised in just 15 working days and overcame significant obstacles including the presence of vulnerable tenants, two sets of ILAs, and one unit lacking an Energy Performance Certificate to achieve a successful outcome.
