The catalogue for the auction on Thursday 15th May at the East Midlands Conference Centre is filling up quickly with dozens of residential property, commercial property, land and other lots from across Nottinghamshire and the rest of the UK but there is still time to get those last minute entries included.

Vejay Pal, senior valuer at Graham Penny Auctions Nottingham, commented:

“The East Midlands Landlord and letting Agent Expo is attended my hundreds of landlords, letting agents and property investors and with our auction taking place over lunchtime at the event we’re sure of pulling a good crowd.”

The East Midlands Landlord & Letting Agent Expo is a free one day event set to be attended by over a thousand landlords, letting agents and property investors and featuring an extensive programme of seminars and speaker presentations alongside an exhibition of more than 70 companies from suppliers to professional advisors and local authorities.

Graham Penny Auctions is offering free valuations for anyone wishing to enter their property into the May auction. Amongst the entries already received are:

Vejay added: “Many different types of property can sell well at auction.
