The catalogue, for the auction on Thursday 10th April at the iPro Stadium, includes 64 lots set to go under the hammer from residential houses, flats and commercial properties to development land from across Derbyshire and the rest of the UK.

Graham Penny, auctioneer at Graham Penny Auctions, commented:

“In our last Derby auction room we had standing room only and we are confident that this success will continue in the next auction with another varied and full catalogue.  This month we are offering several excellent residential investments and commercial business premises which include two former pub/restaurants, a bistro café and three prime Derby city centre properties.”

Included in the auction catalogue for Thursday 10th April is:

•    19 Arlington Drive in Alvaston – a traditionally-built two double bedroomed semi-detached house with block paved driveway and detached garage with scope for some modernisation, improvement and extensions. Guide price: £84,000+

•    25 Millfield Road in Ilkeston – a three bedroomed semi-detached house with scope for modernisation and improvement. Guide price: £55,000+

•    115 Woodland Road in Stanton, Swadlincote – an attractive double-fronted three bedroomed detached residence with ample parking, garages and workshop and scope for improvement. Guide price: £160,000+

Graham Penny Auctions acts for both private individuals and institutions selling a wide range of interests, from investment properties and vacant houses to building plots, commercial properties and others. Last year it secured more than £62.4m in sales for its customers and achieved an overall success rate of 84 per cent – 6.2 per cent above the national average.

Graham added:

“In the last three months we have sold 40 per cent of all auction properties offered in the East Midlands and our success rate is over five per cent higher than the national average.
I would recommend anyone new to property auctions to come down on 10th April and see how we could help you.”
