The property, purchased for £2.25 million, includes 16 apartments and a commercial unit.

The top-valued property in the catalogue is guided at £4.25 million, producing an annual income of more than £268,000.

The firm has achieved £270m in commercial sales so far in 2025 across 402 lots, with an 83% success rate.

The September auction included more than 160 properties and parcels of land.

Allsop has announced that it generated £68 million at its September residential auction. The two-day event achieved a 78% success rate with 180 lots sold.

Base rate remains at 4% following five reductions since August 2024.

Forty-three lots in the September catalogue are guided at £1m or higher.
