Portfolio landlords can now borrow from £500k up to £20m on the same pricing.

The lender now offers two-year fixed rate products for loans between £500,000 and £20 million for property purchase and remortgage.

The Fast Track range offers interest-only loans between £500K and £3 million.

Brokers now receive 1% procuration fee on all new buy-to-let completions, up from 0.75%.
