"We’re really excited to launch this integration and bring together Fixflo and Alto to help property managers work more accurately and efficiently"

Both software solutions can now be used in unison, according to Fixflo, automating and streamlining every part of their property management workflow, from managing repair requests to gathering quotes and reconciling maintenance costs.

Maintenance expenditure is updated in real-time, ensuring costs are instantly sent to the right ledger, eliminating the need to manually gather the correct information from disparate sources and ensuring landlords are paid correctly and on time.

Property management interactions among landlords, agents, tenants and contractors are managed and tracked in one integrated system, ensuring complete transparency and control.

Under the new partnership, only qualified contractors will be sent out to agents' properties, ensuring compliance and health and safety standards are met and with tradespersons able to self-manage their documentation and submit quotes and invoices.

Lewis Bray, Head of Partnerships at Fixflo, says: “We’re really excited to launch this integration and bring together Fixflo and Alto to help property managers work more accurately and efficiently. Using the two platforms together ensures a streamlined workflow for the entire tenancy management process, giving agents complete control over everything from marketing their properties to repairs and maintenance.”

Riccardo Dawson, Director of Product at Alto comments: “We’re incredibly excited to partner with Fixflo to power up our Alto offering. This integration really is a no-brainer for our customers given the demand we’ve experienced from our customers - it enables them to stand out from the crowd and have a competitive edge - but they can also make profitable decisions faster and also eliminates costly uncertainty.”
