Auction Finance provided the Liverpool-based investor £110,850 short term funding to purchase a £167,000 four bedroom, semi-detached property at auction.

Following an extensive four month renovation, the property is now valued at £370,000, and on the market as an ideal family home.

Anthony has a portfolio of more than 60 properties in the South Liverpool area and purchased many of these at Liverpool auction houses.

Anthony  said:

“I’ve worked with Auction Finance regularly to purchase homes and flats at auction. Even if I spot a potential investment during an auction and win the bidding process, Auction Finance has been able to turn funding around within 24 hours. We chose to use Auction Finance because of they offer us the best package in terms of flexibility, price and professionalism.

For this property on Queens Drive, the flexible terms and conditions offered by Auction Finance meant that I had the funding behind me to not only successfully purchase the property, but also refurbish throughout. I was able to extend the downstairs living area, and create an open plan kitchen/dinning space, replace and re-furbish bathrooms, add an electric garage, lay a new patio and landscape the garden.”

Scott Hendry, director at Auction Finance, said:

“It’s fantastic to once again work with Anthony and be part of this impressive property turn around. Anthony has a real knack at adding value to homes and finishes everything to the highest standards. We look forward to working on future refurbishment projects with him.”

Auction Finance works with many leading auction houses including Sutton Kersh, Barnard Marcus, Edward Mellor, Clive Emson, Graham Penny and Eddisons. Loans typically vary from £25,000 to £1m, with an average loan size of £67,500. Funds can be transferred just 24 hours after completion.
