Paragon's latest products are suitable for landlords who purchase or remortgage properties as individuals or through limited company structures in England, Scotland, and Wales.

The lender has made rate reductions on two-year and five-year fixed buy-to-let mortgages by 50bps.

In its full-year results, the lender also highlighted increases in the proportion of lending on properties with EPC ratings between A and C.
