The new product, designed to support larger, more complex projects, follows 'overwhelming demand' from brokers and their clients for flexible refurbishment funding solutions.

The bank provided a £16.3m residential development facility for the project, across a 15-month term.

Initially launched in April for loans from £100,000 to £1m, the lender has now raised the limit to £25m following feedback from brokers.
