Rely has launched a limited edition buy-to-let range for non-portfolio landlords, with rates from 3.51% and lower minimum loan sizes across its products.

The deal completed in eight weeks despite an initial nine-week deadline and the Christmas period.

Rely’s platform aims to cut overall application processing time by at least 25%.
