A majority of UK property investors plan to continue using bridging or development finance in the year ahead, according to new research from specialist lender West One Loans.

Residential mortgage fixed rates now start from 5.39% following cuts of up to 30 basis points.

The specialist lender has reduced rates by up to 0.60%.
