The housebuilder's order book stood at 7,253 homes valued at £2,116 million as of November 9, 2025, compared with 7,771 homes worth £2,214 million in 2024.

The company’s total order book value was £2,123 million, representing 7,223 homes, of which 73% are exchanged.

Despite a positive trading update, the housebuilder has warned that uncertainties are continuing to cloud the short-term market outlook.
