Vistry is the only listed developer of the 31 strategic partners selected by Homes England for delivery of the 2021-26 Affordable Homes Programme, reflecting the firm's strong track record of affordable homes delivery in partnership with Homes England, Registered Providers and Local Authorities.
Of the 1,474 additional affordable homes, Vistry will build at least 25% of them using modern methods of construction, deliver construction skills training opportunities and follow national design guide principles.
The homes will be built in a full range of affordable tenures, including Shared Ownership, Affordable Rent, Social Rent and Rent to Buy.
