Market Financial Solutions has unveiled its new Fusion Premier range, aimed at allowing large property portfolios to be consolidated under a single loan with a lower annual rate.
Founded in 2006, London-based Market Financial Solutions specialises in providing large and complex property loans with speed and flexibility. The lender offers buy-to-let (BTL) mortgages and bridging loans, as well as its Bridge Fusion range launched last year, which combines features from both bridging and BTL products.
The Fusion Premier products, designed for residential properties only, extend the Bridge Fusion range. Loan sizes range from £20 million to £65 million, although any individual property within a portfolio cannot exceed £4 million in value.
Fusion Premier loans are available up to 70% LTV with a 24-month term, and a discretionary 12-month extension can be added if required.

Last week, Market Financial Solutions added a third tier to its Bridge Fusion products based on loan size, providing more competitive pricing and the ability to support larger loans.
