A five-year review of sold house price data across England has revealed the most and least expensive residential streets, based on average sale values from HM Land Registry records.
Panorama Road in Poole, Old Avenue in Weybridge and Cavendish Road, also in Weybridge, have recorded some of the highest average sale prices since 2020. In contrast, streets such as Waterloo Walk, Durham Road and Waterloo Court were among the most affordable.
The figures were compiled by fast-sale property company Property Solvers, which tracked average sold prices across England's postcodes between 2020 and 2025.
Panorama Road (BH13) recorded nine sales during the period, with an average price of £8,565,555. Four homes sold on Old Avenue (KT13) averaged £7,443,750, while Cavendish Road (KT13) saw six properties sold for an average of £7,224,166.
Other high-value locations included Rodona Road (KT13) with an average of £6,950,000 from three transactions, and East Road (KT13), where four properties averaged £6,938,031. Woodlands Road East in Virginia Water (GU25) averaged £6,275,000 across four sales.
Additional notable streets included:
Dalton Lane in Barrow-in-Furness (LA14), with four properties averaging £6,109,360
Pearce Avenue in Poole (BH14), where three homes averaged £5,800,000
Camp End Road (KT13) in Weybridge, where seven sales averaged £5,755,714
West Road (KT13), also in Weybridge, with four properties averaging £5,693,555
In contrast, Waterloo Walk in Sulgrave (NE37) was the lowest-priced street in the dataset, with six properties selling for an average of £16,833. On Durham Road (SR2), three sales averaged £18,333, while Waterloo Court (NE37) recorded four transactions with an average price of £22,375.
Other low-value locations included:
Holystone Avenue (NE24), averaging £22,833 from three sales
Phoenix Place, Prince Edwin Street, Liverpool (L5), where six homes sold for an average of £22,866
Another section of Waterloo Walk (NE37), with 12 sales averaging £23,008
Wellington Walk (NE37), with seven properties averaging £24,185
Sheriff Street in Hartlepool (TS26), where four homes averaged £24,312
Collingwood Court (NE37), which recorded 13 sales averaging £24,549
All Saints House Block C on Portobello Lane (SR6), where six sales averaged £24,766
“To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales,” explained Ruban Selvanayagam, co-founder of Property Solvers. “It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Stamford Green Road (KT18) sold for £34,500,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £6,150 and under on Rotary Way (CW2), Heysham Mossgate Road (CW2) and Woodberrow Lane (CW2),” he concluded.
