"By integrating Sprift's data directly into our platform, we are giving brokers the power to present to their borrowers and lenders like pros"

Brickflow has announced that it has integrated Sprift's property data platform into its workflow, giving brokers the ability to generate detailed property reports in a single click.
The partnership embeds Sprift's Key Property Facts reports directly into Brickflow's platform, allowing brokers to build fuller funding proposals from the outset and present complete property analysis before a deal reaches a lender.
The integration draws on Sprift's database of more than 300 data points across over 30 million properties, covering title numbers, restrictive covenants, floor areas, flood risks, price estimates, planning history and EPC ratings, among others.
By surfacing this information at the start of the process, brokers can identify potential deal-breakers well before submission, reducing delays and improving the quality of lender pack presentations.
"Lenders move fastest when deals are easy to understand, and the risks are well presented," said Ian Humphreys, chief executive of Brickflow (pictured).
"By integrating Sprift's data directly into our platform, we are giving brokers the power to present to their borrowers and lenders like pros. It's about taking the manual work out of property finance and replacing it with speed & certainty, helping our partners secure more customers and grow their pipelines."
What the integration delivers
The reports are structured to provide the specific data points lenders require in deal packs. Property information is pulled together automatically, replacing manual searches for individual facts. The system flags property-specific risks such as flood exposure, planning history and restrictive covenants before submission.
Valuation support includes a 10-year price history and tenure details to assist in setting accurate loan terms, while each report provides independent due diligence covering local authority details and EPC ratings. A consistent, structured format across all reports is intended to help lenders reach credit decisions more quickly.
"Our mission is to make property data more accessible and useful for everyone in the property journey," said Christian Woodhouse, head of partnerships at Sprift.
"Partnering with Brickflow allows us to bring our comprehensive data into the specialist finance space, helping brokers save time and lenders make better-informed decisions."
The integration builds on Brickflow's broader focus on reducing friction across the specialist property finance process, streamlining the steps between initial enquiry and lender submission.
