Lot 36, Nelson House on New Cavendish Street in Marylebone, London W1, is a well-located freehold house guided at £4.75m+. Lot 80, The Dinglewood in Waldron, Heathfield, East Sussex, is a detached nine-bedroom residence of approximately 14,760 sq ft. It sits within 33 acres, has eight bathrooms and extensive leisure facilities, and carries a guide of £3m+.

Developers can look to Lot 90, a freehold site of about 15.8 acres on Land West of Arthur Moody Drive in Newport, Isle of Wight. It has planning consent for residential development and is guided at £1.75m+. Investors have Lot 126, a house in multiple occupation (HMO) at 72, 72A and 74 Temple Road in Epsom, Surrey. The property comprises one building arranged as three separate units and is guided at £1.65m+.

“In a market that continues to contend with economic uncertainty and wider geopolitical challenges, the residential auction sector remains remarkably resilient,” said Richard Adamson, managing partner and auctioneer at Allsop.

“The quality and diversity of assets within our November catalogue demonstrates the continued confidence of sellers and the appetite from buyers for well-priced opportunities across all sectors of the market.

“Our November catalogue is one of our largest of the year, featuring more than 320 lots across a major two-day auction. As our 11th and penultimate residential sale of 2026, it provides investors, developers and owner-occupiers with a broad range of opportunities, from prime London stock through to value-add investments and development opportunities across the UK.

“We continue to see strong engagement from both seasoned auction buyers and those entering the market for the first time, and we expect competitive bidding across many of the lots on offer. We are also continuing to accept entries for our final residential auction of 2026, which is already shaping up to be another substantial sale.”
