Allsop has launched its penultimate commercial auction catalogue of 2026, containing 80 lots with total guide prices approaching £75m.

Lot values range from £50,000+ for a vacant development opportunity in Greenock (Lot 79) to £5.5m+ for an industrial investment in Lymington (Lot 21).

The average lot size is approximately £925,000, with total income across the catalogue exceeding £7m per annum. In total, 26 lots are guided at £1m or more.

The auction includes a mix of commercial and mixed-use properties located throughout the UK, with 41% of the lots situated within London and the South East.

Highlights include Lot 8: a shop let until 2033 in Islington with three self-contained flats above let on a single lease until 2030, guided at £1.7m+ (7.2% GIY) and Lot 10: a double-fronted shop in Kenton with eight flats above and a rear service yard/car park, guided at £1.8m-£1.9m (9.7% GIY).

Another highlight is Lot 15 (pictured above), a city centre shop in Manchester let to J. Barbour & Sons until 2035, with nine flats above, guided at £3m-£3.2m (8.53% GIY).

Sellers include A2 Dominion Housing Group, Bellway, BTG Begbies Traynor, McDonald’s Restaurants and Notting Hill Genesis, as well as administrators, pension funds, trustees and various other property companies and private investors.

The auction will be live-streamed from 11:30am on Wednesday 11th November.

"Our November catalogue offers investors a diverse range of opportunities across the UK, with £75m of property on offer and more than a quarter of the catalogue guided at £1m or above," David Margolis, commercial auction partner at Allsop, said.

"The breadth of assets, from income-producing industrial and retail investments to mixed-use and redevelopment opportunities, demonstrates the continued depth of the commercial auction market.

"With more than £7m of annual income across the catalogue, there are a number of opportunities for investors seeking attractive income returns, alongside assets offering longer-term asset management and development potential. We expect to see continued engagement from buyers as we head towards the end of the year."
