Property consultancy and UK property auction house Allsop has released the catalogue for its June residential auction, featuring 344 lots across the UK - the largest catalogue offering so far this year.
The catalogue features a mixture of residential and mixed-use investment and development opportunities, including a freehold mixed-use building comprising a ground floor commercial unit and 10 self-contained flats in Greenwich, London, guided in excess of £1.65m and a freehold part grade II listed former care home in Bicester, Oxfordshire, guided at over £1.5m.
The release of the catalogue follows Allsop’s May residential auction, at which it raised over £47m from 144 lots sold, achieving a success rate of 78%.
Other auction highlights include Lot 19: Finsbury Park, London - a freehold block of 18 x one-bedroom self-contained flats, guided at £1.6m+ and Lot 20: Chiswick, London - a substantial freehold grade II listed building extending to approx. 2,862 sq ft with potential for rear extension and/ or conversion, guided at £1.5m+
“We are pleased to release our sixth residential catalogue of 2025," comments Richard Adamson, managing partner and auctioneer at Allsop. "With over 340 lots to be offered across two days, this is our largest catalogue of the year. It features a wide selection of high-quality investment and development opportunities across the UK. Following the strong results of our May sale, which raised in excess of £47m, we’re seeing renewed confidence from buyers and expect a very busy marketing period ahead.”
