Allsop has released its 10th dedicated residential auction catalogue of 2026, with 286 lots across England, Scotland and Wales. The two-day online sale spans investment, development and vacant residential lots, and 16 of them carry guide prices of £1m or more.
The catalogue follows Allsop's September residential auction, which raised £38m and achieved a 72% success rate.
Lot 29, Southwestern Mansions in Bournemouth (pictured), leads the sale. The freehold corner building houses a bar and nightclub, with 50 letting rooms above and a management office. Rent reserved is about £452,000 a year, with five letting rooms vacant, and the guide price is £3.7m plus.
In Birmingham, Lot 173, Bywater House, is a freehold student investment of 25 studio flats, one four-bedroom unit and two five-bedroom units. Rent reserved comes to about £336,000 a year, with one room vacant, against a guide of £2.8m plus.
Lot 12, 15 & 15a Station Road in Ashford, Surrey, is a freehold block of ten self-contained flats and a retail unit. Superdrug Stores plc rents the shop, while Reliance Social Housing CIC holds a lease over all the flats. Total rent reserved is £270,000 a year, and the guide price is £2.8m plus.
The central London lot is Lot 20, 39 Grafton Way in Fitzrovia, W1. The freehold mid-terrace building has a roof terrace and is arranged as two self-contained maisonettes, one with two bedrooms and one with three. Allsop is offering it with vacant possession at a guide of £2.5m plus.
"We are delighted to launch our 10th dedicated residential auction catalogue of 2026," said Richard Adamson, managing partner and residential auctioneer at Allsop. "The sale will be held over two days and features a wide variety of assets from across the country. The catalogue includes a number of high-value opportunities, with 16 lots guided at £1 million or more.
"While market conditions have been challenging for much of 2026, our recent auctions have clearly demonstrated that well-priced stock continues to attract strong interest and create competitive bidding. Demand remains evident where pricing is realistic and opportunities are underpinned by solid fundamentals."
Allsop's next residential auction takes place on October 21st and 22nd.
