The Property Sourcing Company has announced that it is set to launch a purpose-built mobile app aiming to change how investors source, assess and purchase investment properties.
Developed by a team of property investors for other investors, the membership-based app provides direct access to off-market, below-market-value properties across the UK. It aims to offer an end-to-end sourcing service that addresses one of the sector’s persistent challenges, the time and resource demands of finding viable opportunities in a fragmented market.
Users can view exclusive properties through the app and upgrade their service level within the platform. The system is intended to help investors move more quickly from opportunity to execution, whether their strategy focuses on buy-to-let, high-return flips or other forms of investment property.
The platform operates on a tiered membership model designed for different experience levels:
‘Standard’ membership gives access to deals nationwide and tools to track property value and rental income.
‘Diamond’ membership offers early access to new opportunities.
‘Diamond Plus’ membership includes a dedicated account manager and bespoke sourcing support.
All new users can begin with a seven-day free trial to help them select the tier aligned with their personal investment goals.
TPSC forms part of The Property Buying Company, a group of more than 40 property specialists with over 100 years of combined experience in sourcing, renovating and selling homes. Since being founded in 2012 by Jonny Christie (pictured left) and Karl McArdle (pictured right), the group has bought, sold and traded more than 5,000 properties across the UK.
That background has shaped the structure of the new platform, which aims to make professional-level sourcing tools available to investors at every stage of their journey.

The app will officially launch on 28 February 2026 at an investor event in partnership with Together in Manchester. The event will feature speakers including TV presenter Dion Dublin and social media property commentator Oliver Adams. Attendees will see live demonstrations of the app, meet the development team and gain early access to selected investment opportunities.
