Allsop has released the catalogue for its March commercial property auction, featuring 118 lots across the UK with guide prices ranging from £25,000 to £3.25m.
The auction house will live-stream the sale on 24 March 2026. The catalogue includes retail, mixed-use, office, industrial and alternative investment opportunities located from Penryn in Cornwall to Peterhead in Scotland.
A mixed-use parade in South Kensington stands out as the largest offering in the catalogue. The asset on Bute Street, SW7, will be offered as six individual lots with combined guide prices exceeding £12m.
The parade sits roughly 180 metres from South Kensington Underground Station and close to Old Brompton Road. Each lot includes a ground-floor retail unit with a three-bedroom maisonette above, with guide prices set between £2m and £2.2m.
Elsewhere in the catalogue, one of the larger regional assets is Lot 22 in Sleaford. The property forms part of a sale and leaseback portfolio offered on behalf of A.F. Blakemore & Son.
The site extends to 1.213 acres and includes:
a petrol filling station
a convenience store trading as SPAR
a Greggs unit that is sub-let
a workshop building
The property will be let on a new 15-year lease from completion without break options. The lease includes RPI-linked rent reviews and carries a guide price of £1.3m to £1.4m, reflecting a 7.27% gross initial yield.
Across the full catalogue, 30 lots carry guide prices of £1m or more. Retail continues to dominate the offering, with 60% of lots including some form of retail element.
The lots also reflect a broad geographic spread. While properties appear throughout the UK, around 36% are located in London and the South East.
A wide mix of vendors has been instructed by the auction house for the March sale. They include Funeral Partners, Knight Frank Investment Management, Midcounties Co-operative, Pearl & Coutts, Runnymede Borough Council, USS Investment Management and Wesleyan Assurance Society, alongside administrators, councils, liquidators, pension funds, receivers, trustees, property companies and private investors.
"We are thrilled to have released our largest catalogue in six months, following the encouraging auction we held in February," said Alex Neil, commercial auction partner at Allsop. "Our 24th March auction provides buyers with direct access to a very wide range of competitively priced commercial and mixed-use opportunities, located throughout the UK and suited to all price points."
