Arc & Co. has completed multiple £20m+ funding transactions so far this year.

This latest deal follows the bank completing a £17.1 million facility to refinance land for the next stage of a major regeneration project in Luton earlier this month.

Phase two will deliver 592 residential units across three towers.

The 63-unit block was valued at £8.75m and formed part of a broader refinancing strategy.

HTB is also working with the borrower on a separate funding facility for a residential scheme in central London.

The deal was structured alongside an existing land loan supporting future phases.

The scheme includes the full refurbishment of 18 existing apartments.
