CHL Mortgages has launched limited-edition buy-to-let mortgage rates from 2.70% and reduced short-term let rates by 30bps for individual and limited company landlords.

CHL Mortgages has reduced buy-to-let mortgage rates by up to 25bps, with limited edition products now starting from 2.85% and short-term let rates from 3.46%.

Two-year fixed rates on the new HMO and MUFB products start from 2.44%, five-year fixed rates from 4.54%.

The new products carry rates from 4.10% for single dwelling properties and 4.20% for HMOs when combined with a 5% fee.

New 75% and 80% LTV products have been revealed.

80% LTV products now available across single dwelling, small HMO and short-term let properties.

Selected products across all property types, including large HMOs and MUFBs, are available with free valuations.

Two-year fixed rates now start at 2.35%; five-year rates from 4.40%.

Fixed-rate deals now start at 2.56% for single dwelling properties.

The reductions follow rate cuts on short-term let products made by the lender last month
