The new product offers a five-year fixed rate of 6.49% with no product fee and a minimum loan size of £100,000.

The announcement follows last week’s completion of the Braccan Mortgage Funding 2025-1 deal, which secured £550m in funding.

The changes include increasing the maximum loan size across the range to £3m and follows the launch of its new Property Plus and HMO Plus product range earlier this year.
