Aspen has completed a £3.05m HMO bridging finance facility on a 21-bedroom scheme on Oxford's Iffley Road, combining an initial refinance advance with staged development...

Initial bridge rate was 0.89% for six months, followed by 6.74% over two years for the BTL period.

The new finance model reduces application costs with a flat £495 fee.

The announcement of the new product follows last week's launch of the lender's 2025 rate card.
