LendInvest can now fund individual bridging projects of up to £15m.

The development will deliver eight new flats, comprising two one-bedroom, three two-bedroom and three three-bedroom units, along with private amenity space and 22 cycle spaces.

The portfolio covers four towns across Hampshire and Dorset.

The specialist lender has also removed minimum income requirements across all buy-to-let products, with individual units accepted from 25 square metres.

Following the cuts, rates now start at 4.99%

All 2-year fixed BTL rates have been reduced by 10bps to a new low of 3.14%.

The scheme includes the refurbishment of three Grade II listed buildings.

Buy-to-let rates now start at 3.24% for a two-year fixed term.

In addition to the rate reduction, the lender will now also contribute £500 towards legal costs for bridge-to-let loans.

The rate reductions come amid the launch of a new streamlined range of residential products.
