Unveiled this month, the new branding brings together a mixture of vivid friendly colours and homely images in order to reflect the agency’s service ethos of delivering a welcoming service for both tenants and landlords alike. This has been successfully applied to the website, marketing materials, and within the agency’s two offices in Blackpool and Cleveleys.

The decision to rebrand follows the recent acquisition by The Regenda Group, the leading independent North West housing and regeneration organisation.

22 was selected to deliver the rebrand after they impressed the Bolton based housing provider with previous work, including the rebrand for the Regenda Group’s leasehold property division, Regenda Homes (Limited) in 2011. 22 Group worked closely with The Regenda Group’s internal communications team to complete the rebrand.

Louise Douglas, Head of Communications at The Regenda Group comments:

“The new branding by 22 gives a fresh clean image to McDonald and builds on the friendly, knowledgeable and professional service that McDonald is known for.”

Robin Arnold, 22 Creative Director, adds:

“It has been a pleasure to work with The Regenda Group again.  The lettings agency sector is awash with brands that are stuffy and old fashioned, and it was important to create something friendly, memorable and contemporary. The branding for McDonald Property Rentals is a natural extension of the ‘welcome home’ feel we’ve already applied to other Regenda Group projects. After all, even if you are renting a property, it is still very much your home.”

This project adds to the growing selection of successfully completed creative and digital work within the property and housing sector that 22 Group are quickly becoming renowned for.

The agency has recently released a free online guide to further educate Owners, Partners and Marketing Managers working within the property and housing sector about the power of creative design and digital marketing.
