Key highlights from the sale included a two-bedroom house requiring modernisation in Taunton, Somerset which sold for £103,500 against a guide of £60-70,000; a three-bedroom refurbished semi-detached needing structural attention in Wollaton, Nottingham which sold for £246,000 against a guide of £170-180,000 and a substantial property arranged as five flats in Bedford requiring refurbishment which sold at £300,000 against a guide of £230,000.
