Angel Property Finance Limited has joined the Bridging & Development Lenders Association (BDLA) as a Lender Member.

The specialist property lender provides bespoke bridging finance for residential and commercial property transactions. It draws on its team's experience across banking, property and specialist lending to offer flexible funding solutions tailored to individual transactions, and it focuses on giving borrowers and property professionals a personal, hands-on service throughout the lending process.

Growing the BDLA's lender base

The BDLA is the UK's only trade association dedicated to representing the interests of bridging and development lenders and their customers. It has more than 100 Lender and Associate Members, with its lender members representing a collective loan book of more than £11.5 billion.

"We are delighted to welcome Angel Property Finance as a Lender Member of the BDLA," said Adam Tyler, chief executive of the BDLA (pictured).

"Its focus on flexible lending, transparency and personal service reflects many of the qualities that are important to borrowers and intermediaries operating in the specialist property finance market."

"Our Lender Members are central to the BDLA's work to promote responsible lending, high standards and professionalism," he added. "We look forward to working with the Angel Property Finance team and adding its experience to the collective voice of the bridging and development finance sector."

A step for Angel Property Finance

Wayne Davies, managing director at Angel Property Finance, said the move reflects the lender's long-term commitment to the sector.

"Joining the BDLA is an important step for Angel Property Finance and reflects our long-term commitment to the bridging and development finance sector," he said. "Our approach is built around understanding the individual requirements of each transaction and delivering flexible finance with clear communication and a personal service."

"We look forward to collaborating with fellow members and supporting the BDLA's work to promote high standards and best practice across the market," he added.
