UK auction house, Allsop, has released the catalogue for its two-day June residential auction, offering 347 lots of which 16 are guided at over £1m.

The catalogue features a mixture of residential and mixed-use investment and development opportunities across the UK, including a freehold office building in Maidenhead, Berkshire, comprising almost 17,000 sq ft with planning granted for 30 residential units, which is being guided at over £3m (lot 203).

The release of the bumper 347-lot catalogue follows a busy May residential auction, at which Allsop raised over £47 million from 155 lots sold, representing a success rate of 86%. It will be Allsop’s sixth residential auction of the year as the firm continues to add dates to its auction calendar amid pent-up supply and demand.

Auction highlights include:

Lot 177: Harrow, Greater London – a freehold detached HMO building arranged as 12 self-contained studio flats and one non-self-contained studio flat, guided at £1.6m+

Lot 188: Peacehaven, East Sussex – a freehold site comprising ten self-contained two-bedroom flats, guided at £1.3m+

Lot 194: West Hampstead, London – a freehold mid-terrace building arranged to provide six self-contained flats, guided at £1.45m+

Richard Adamson, managing partner and residential auctioneer at Allsop, said: “We are delighted to release the catalogue for a two-day June auction which provides buyers with a diverse range of national investment and development opportunities.

"The market continues to be energised by income-producing assets and value opportunities that are sensibly priced. Our 347-lot offering is broad enough to accommodate interested buyers of all kinds, and we anticipate interest to continue throughout the summer months as more investors return to the market.”
