Two and five-year limited edition products for landlords have been reintroduced by the lender

Birmingham, Leicester, Leeds, Manchester and Nottingham all showed double-digit growth in new buy-to-let landlords in 2024.

The new range can be used in conjunction with Roma’s bridging and development lending or as a standalone buy-to-let solution.

The lender's latest rate reductions apply to several of its 2-year and 5-year fixed-rate products.

Rental yields achieved by landlords in the North East, North West and Yorkshire & Humber are the highest of any English region, according to newly released data from Paragon Bank.

Rates have been reduced across the lender's range, including Heavy Refurbishment with Drawdowns, Light Refurbishment and its Buy to Let product, TermTen.

The lender also offers a £1,000 cashback incentive to landlord borrowers who improve the EPC level of their property to a C or above.

Rates in the range now start from 3.44%.
