The £5.5m commercial facility was arranged at 33% LTV.

The refinance secured a five-year fixed rate of 5.89% with no loan documents required from international shareholders.

Arc & Co. has completed a £2.675m investment loan secured against an industrial site in Bristol, arranged with Habib Bank.

The project is structured over a 30-month programme.

This deal marks FRP’s fifteenth acquisition since its March 2020 IPO.

The profit margin on the transaction was set at 2.75% with an FTV of 55%.

The retained portfolio includes 16 flats, with eight pre-let, providing immediate rental income.
